a. By accessing ReservXpert.ca, you agree to be bound by these website terms of use, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree to be responsible for compliance with applicable local laws.

If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

The content (text, images, files, logo, favicon, QR code, information of all kinds and all other elements of this website) is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

b. Disclaimer
i. ReservXpert.ca and its affiliates and parent companies are not responsible for the quality of work, payments or any other matter between the Client and the Members (Contractors, Contractors, Handyman and all other workers of the ‘industry).

ii. ReservXpert.ca and its affiliates and parent companies will never be involved in any dispute between the parties and remains an objective service provider who helps the parties find each other for required services.

iii. All problems or disputes must be settled between Customers and Members (Contractors, Contractors, Handyman and all other specialized workers);

iv. ReservXpert.ca and its subsidiaries and parent companies will not be held responsible for the veracity of the information presented on the profiles of members (entrepreneurs, contractors, handyman and all other workers in the industry).

2. Use of the license
a. Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the material on the ReservXpert website for personal, non-commercial viewing only.

You can not:
i. Modify or copy the content;

ii. Use the content for commercial purposes or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);

iii. Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the ReservXpert website;

iv. Remove any copyright or any other mention of ownership of the documents; or

v. Transfer the documents to another person or “duplicate” the documents on another server.

This license will terminate automatically if you do not comply with any of these restrictions and ReservXpert may terminate it at any time at its discretion.

Upon termination of your viewing of these materials or upon termination of this license, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether in electronic or printed form.

Further, ReservXpert does not warrant or make any representations regarding the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of any materials on its website / App or otherwise, linked to such materials or on sites linked to this site / App.

Under no circumstances can ReservXpert or its suppliers be held liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) resulting from the use or the ‘inability to use the content on the ReservXpert website, even if ReservXpert or one of its authorized representatives has been notified verbally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

Any complaint relating to the ReservXpert website will be governed by the laws of the State of Quebec, Canada, without regard to its provisions relating to conflicts of laws, general conditions and conditions applicable to the use of a website.

9. Secure payments
ReservXpert.ca App., Websites and platforms are all secure and use SSL certification. Our customers’ payments for subscriptions are processed through third party PayPal and Stripe who both subscribe to the most stringent and latest security protocols.

The ReservXpert.ca application, websites and platforms will never publicly disclose personal or sensitive user data related to financial or payment activities or government identification numbers.

We are committed to conducting our business in accordance with these Terms and Conditions to ensure that the confidentiality of personal information is protected and maintained.
